4 Portside Frozen Cod Fillets (3 oz. each), thawed
1 tsp Marcum Lemon Pepper
1 tsp Bramley’s Honey
1 tbsp Tipton Grove Lemon Juice
3 tbsp Medeiros Olive Oil

Mix lemon pepper, honey, lemon juice and olive oil in a small mixing bowl. Brush mixture over cod fillets and set aside.

Coat grill rack with nonstick spray. Preheat grill to medium.

Grill seasoned cod fillets 4-5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
