Yields: 4

1 lb Ground Beef or Ground Turkey
½ cup Mantia’s Parmesan Cheese, grated
 1 tbsp Marcum Parsley Flake
 1 tsp Marcum Garlic Powder
¼ tsp Marcum Ground Black Pepper
 1 Good Nature Egg
1

Preheat oven to 375 °F. Line a baking sheet pan with foil and lightly grease.

2

In a mixing bowl, combine meat, cheese, parsley, garlic, black pepper and egg. Mix well and shape into 12 equal sized meatballs

3

Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through to an internal temperature of 165 °F.

4

Serve with your favorite Mantia’s pasta and sauce; or use Italian bread, tomato sauce, and mozzarella cheese to make meatball subs.

5

Cook hamburgers 4-6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. The recommended internal cooking temperature for ground beef is 160°F which is a “well done” burger.

6

Remove burgers from direct heat and melt cheese slices.

7

Assemble burger patties on buns and top each with 2 slices of bacon, about 2 tablespoons of French fried onions, jalapeno slices (optional), and BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
