Total Time: 28-32 minutes
Yields: 4

 8 slices Farmington Bacon, cooked
 1.50 lbs (80/20) ground beef
Marcum Gourmet Sizzling Burger Seasoning Rub, as needed
4 slices Coburn Farms Pepper Jack Cheese
½ cup Pickwell Farms French Fried Onions
 Kurtz BBQ Sauce, as desired
 Senora Verde Sliced Jalapenos, optional
 4 Grissom’s Hamburger Buns
1

Cook bacon ahead of time and keep warm.

2

Divide ground beef into 4 (6-oz.) burger patties, about 4-5 inches wide. Press an indentation into center of patty to help maintain its shape during cooking.

3

Season patties on both sides with a few pinches of Sizzling Burger seasoning rub.

4

Preheat skillet or grill to high heat (400-500°F). Grease pan or grates.

5

Cook hamburgers 4-6 minutes per side or to desired doneness. The recommended internal cooking temperature for ground beef is 160°F which is a “well done” burger.

6

Remove burgers from direct heat and melt cheese slices.

7

Assemble burger patties on buns and top each with 2 slices of bacon, about 2 tablespoons of French fried onions, jalapeno slices (optional), and BBQ sauce. Enjoy!
