Preheat oven to 375°
Combine soup, milk, water rice, parmesan, and Italian seasoning in the bottom of an 11x7x2” casserole dish. Dot rice with small pieces of butter.
Place chicken breasts on rice and sprinkle with parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked to an internal temperature of 165°F and rice is tender.
Let sit for 10 minutes. Thoroughly stir rice before serving.
