Cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Drain off grease.
Add cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, soup and taco sauce to meat and stir well; bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and spoon taco filling into flour tortillas and garnish with lettuce and tomato.
