2 tbsp Medeiros Olive Oil
1.25 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, thin cut
1 tsp Marcum Garlic & Herb Seasoning
4 Garlic Cloves, minced
1 (10.5 oz.) Kaskey’s Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
½ cup Water
1 tsp Marcum Italian Seasoning

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season chicken on both sides with Garlic and Herb Seasoning blend. Cook 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from skillet.

Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.

Stir in soup, water and Italian seasoning. Bring to a simmer.

Add chicken breast back into sauce. Cover and simmer chicken for 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

Serve chicken over cooked pasta or rice
