4 Fresh Center Cut Pork Chops
1 cup Kurtz Honey Mustard Salad Dressing
1 tsp Kurtz Worcestershire Sauce
1 Fresh Lemon
½ cup Ginger Evans Light Brown Sugar
2 tbsp Marcum Italian Seasoning
1.50 tbsp tbsp Marcum Garlic Powder
Marcum Salt
Marcum Pepper
1 pouch Simple Earth 90-Second Long Grain Wild Rice
1 bag Pickwell Farms Steam Bag California Medley

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Dry pork chops with a paper towel, and season both sides with salt & pepper.

In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup honey mustard, and 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp worcestershire and the juice from 1 lemon.

Add to the bowl 2 Tbsp Italian seasoning, 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder and salt & pepper to taste. Whisk together into sauce.

While grilling pork chops, flip and baste with mustard mixture every few minutes.

Grill pork chops for 12-15 minutes, making sure to reach an internal temperature of at least 145°F.

While pork is cooking, prepare the long grain wild rice and California medley per instructions on package.
